By accessing or using the Shoot To Kill Studio website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Shoot To Kill Studio provides web design, web development, and related digital services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project are agreed upon individually through a separate contract or statement of work.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and all necessary assets or content required for project completion. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
Payment terms are outlined in the individual project agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is settled.
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final delivered work product. Shoot To Kill Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose project details to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Shoot To Kill Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
